Application

When you feel anger, frustration, or defensiveness, pause. Those emotions are signals that a core value is in play. Ask yourself:

• What belief is being challenged?

• What principle feels threatened?

• Is this moment worth speaking into—or worth letting go?

Not every offense deserves a response. But when the issue is central to your integrity, speak up with clarity and respect. Courageous conversations don’t require volume; they require conviction.
